Thanks for a guide to making a batch using 1kg of kiwi fruit.

I used 400gm sugar for the double batch, no apple, juice of 1 1/2 lemons. Cooked for 35 mins on Varoma. Perfect

I am happily surprised it doesn't taste 'seedy'.

I tested the jam at the end of cooking time, and thought it needed a bit longer, so cooked for another 10 minutes at Varoma temp.  I also used a green apple, and didn't peel it.  Turned out fantastic!
