Spinach and Feta Cob Loaf

  • 250 g frozen spinach leaves, Thawed
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 250 g Danish feta cheese
  • 2 heaped tablespoons pine nut, roasted
  • 1 --- Cob loaf
  • 1 level tbsp stock paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180-200 degrees. Squeeze excess liquid from thawed spinach and add to bowl with cream cheese, stock paste and sour cream.
  2. Warm 90 degrees, 5 mins, speed 0.5
  3. Closed lid"Closed lid" Meanwhile slice the top of your cob loaf and scoop out the bread in chunks. Place bread into a warm oven to toast the inside.
  4. Crumble in 3/4 of the feta and toasted pine nuts and stir to combine.
  5. Pour dip mix into the toasted cob and top with remaining crumbled feta and pine nuts. Return cob to the oven with the torn chunks of bread on another baking tray until the top is golden and the bread is crunchy.
