Butter
- 1 portion Butter from EDC, cubed
- 200 g flaked almonds
- 100 g sage, fresh, leaves only (broken up)
- 1 lemon zest, grated

Put almonds into TM bowl toast for 2-5 mins/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Varoma until toasted to your preferred colour.
Once toasted add butter, sage and lemon zest and cook 3 mins/"Counter-clockwise operation" /100C to melt butter and get the flavours infusing into the butter.
Tip
I personally like to cook the butter in step 2 until the milk solids start to brown for an extra nutty flavour.
Great served melted and poured over roasted veg or an easy but absolute winner steamed brocoli tossed in this butter as a side dish. Also great over roasted meats, steaks etc.
