Place tomatoes in bowl. Chop Speed 4/3 seconds.
Add the sugar. Mix Speed 4/2 seconds
Cook 25 minutes /Varoma temperature/
Speed 1/ place basket on top.Bottle in steralized bottle. This will keep for a long time in the fridge and if sealed will keep in the pantry.
Halve the tomatoes
Speed 1/ place basket on top.Tip
Do not make a double batch as it will boil over.
