- 1 bunchfresh asparagus
- 50 g Swiss Cheese
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
- fresh cream
- salt and pepper to taste

Cut short cut bacon to fit the base of 6 ovenproof ramekins. Set aside in
Varoma tray.
Clean and chop asparagus into 1 cm lengths and
divide between ramekins. Set tips aside.
Place swiss cheese into TM bowl and
grate for 5-10 seconds on speed 8. Set
aside.
Repeat with Parmesan cheese and set aside.
Divide the grated swiss
cheese between the 6 ramekins sprinkling on top of the bacon and
asparagus.
Crack a whole egg into each ramekin, drizzle with cream and season
with salt and pepper. Garnish with the reserved asparagus tips.
Steam
ramekins on Varoma temperature, speed 2 for
20 minutes or until egg yolk is set (or to taste). Sprinkle
with parmesan, transfer ramekins to oven tray and cook under hot grill for
approximately 5-10 minutes until browned and bubbly on top. Serve
immediately.
