Stuffing
- 35 g mint, fresh
- 20 g Continental Parsley
- 100 g Dried apple
- 75 g Dried Mango
- 10 g lemon rind
- 40 g lemon juice
- 200 g pistachios
- 300 g breadcrumbs

To make your Breadcrumbs, place them on a tray and then in the Oven on 200C for 20 minutes.
Then when ready, place them into TM bowl and chop for 15 secs on speed 6.
Remove from TM bowl and hold until later.
To chop the Pistachos up, place them in the TM bowl and chop for 10 secs on speed 5.
Remove from TM bowl and hold until later.
Place Mint, Parsley and Lemon Rind in TM bowl and chop for 15 secs on speed 5.
Add Dried Apple, Dried Mango and chop for 15 secs on speed 7.
Scrape down sides. Add Pisctachios, Lemon Juice and 1/2 Breadcrumbs to TM bowl and for 15 secs on speed 4.
Scrape down sides. Add remaining Breadcrumbs to TM bowl and for 15 secs on speed 4.
Stuffing
Tip
This makes about 760g of Stuffing and can be frozen into smaller batches.
I created this last year for Mother's Day to go with the Roast Lamb but it also works with other meats and with Vegetarian foods.
