Aprinut Biscuits
- 170 g dried apricots
- 270 g pitted dates
- 250 g Peanut Butter, smooth or crunchy
- 100 g dessicated coconut

Step 1. Add dried fruit to the bowl and Turbo 3-4 times. 1 sec.
Step 2. Add Peanut Butter and mix for 20 secs Speed 7.
Step 3. Add dessicated coconut and mix for 10 secs Speed 4.
Step 4. Pull out walnut sized portions. Mix will be slightly crumbly so you will need to squeeze it together then roll into a ball. Flatten with your palms and place on a paraflex sheet for a dehydrator.
Step 5. Dehydrate for 6-8 hours on HIGH.
Step 6. Remove biscuits from paraflex sheet and turn them over. Continue to dehydrate for a further 6-8 hours on HIGH.

This recipe was developed for being dehydrated but will work being baked in an oven.
