Ingredients
Filling
- 185 grams raspberries or blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons tapioca starch
Crust
- 110 grams almond meal/flour
- 70 grams Shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 55 grams Coconut Oil, solid
Accessories
- 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom
- or
- 3x 4 inch tart pans with removable bottoms

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 170C / 350F.
Add filling ingredients to a medium bowl and toss until coated. Set mixture aside.
Add crust ingredients to TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds/speed 5.
Remove 1/2 cup of crust mixture and set aside.
Press remaining crust mixture evenly into a 9 inch tart pan (with removable bottom) or split between 3x 4 inch pans.
Add berry mixture to pan/s and sprinkle reserved crust mixture evenly over the top of the berries.
For small tarts, bake for 20 minutes.
For a large tart, bake for 40-45 minutes - at around 20 minutes, put some alfoil over the tart to stop it getting too brown.
Let the tart cool before slicing.
Great served with cream or yoghurt.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Delicious! The quantity of base filled four small tart shells. I added the optional sugar but will leave out next time - plenty sweet enough without. Lovely served with a dollop of yoghurt!
