  • 250 g Butter
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 330 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 160 g flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Heat oven 180°C
  2. Melt 250g of Butter
  3. Melt at temperature 60°C Blend"Blend" 2 for 2 minutes
  4. Scrape sides
    Blend"Blend" 2 for 2 minutes
  5. Add 50g Cocoa
    Blend"Blend" 2 for 30 seconds
  6. Add 330g sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. Blend"Blend" 5 for 10 seconds
  8. Add 1 tsp baking powder, 160g flour
  9. Blend"Blend" 5 for 10 seconds
  10. Scrape sides
    Blend"Blend" 5 for 10 seconds
  11. Pour into 20x30 sponge roll tin - line with baking paper.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes - until brownie is springy to the touch
  12. Cut into bars or squares while still warm. Sprinkle with Icing Sugar.
    Serve warm or leave to cool.
