Wet ingredients
- 1 can butter beans, canned, 400g can drained
- 2 eggs
- 35 grams coconut oil
- 25 grams Milk, Can be any kind soy, almond or even water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams Rice malt syrup
Dry ingredients
- 25 grams cacoa powder, (if using cocoa add more)
- 150 grams blanched almonds, or hazelnuts with skins removed
- 50 grams Shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place all dry ingredients into TM bowl 10 sec speed 7.
Add all wet ingredients and mix 10 sec speed 5. Scrape down if needed and mix another 5 sec speed 5.
Place into a lined slice tray approx 18cm x 28 cm and bake at 160 degrees C for 20 mins.
Let cool in tray then cut into slices.
You can also top with choc hazelnut spread (TM made of course) as a special treat.
These are moist and very chocolatey!
If you don't like coconut leave it out and swap coconut oil for any veg oil.
Can swap rice malt syrup swap for sugar but bye bye GI.
