Delicious. Used milk chocolate. Reduced sugar to 200grams and reduced cooking time to 30 mins.. The result is glorious, fudgy brownies and this is coming from someone who doesn't like brownies. Will be heating one up to eat with ice cream later.. Yum!

Dangerously delicious....i also reduced the sugar, using 200g, (100g brown sugar & 100 white & raw caster sugar). Plenty sweet enough as in previous comments.

    Excellent!

I used left over trail mix as it was what I had at the time and 250g sugar. Cooked for 25min, then 5min more, got out of oven and let it rest. It was perfect.

Super easy recipe - I changed the sugar to 150gms brown sugar and 150gms plain sugar and cooked it in a small square tin - as per instructions not on fan bake and it turned out perfect. Also cut some slated caramel lindt balls added to the top before cooking for a twist which was a hit.
Great go to brownie recipe that you can play with.

So yum! 200g sugar and milk chocolate instead of dark and stirred through whole pieces of white chocolate and milk chocolate melts to make it extra gooey. 20 minutes and 10 minutes to rest
