- 125 grams Butter
- 170 grams Self Raising Flour
- 85 grams brown sugar
- 35 grams dessicated coconut
- 15 grams cocoa powder
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 package choc chips

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Melt butter in TM bowl, 40 seconds, 50 degrees, speed 4.
Add flour, sugar, coconut, cocoa, and condensed milk and mix for 30 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2, or until combined, Scrape down sides of TM bowl if necessary.
Put mixture into a slice tin lined with baking paper.
Press choc chips into top of slice and bake for 30 minutes.
If you would like the slice to be fudgier, undercook for 5 minutes or so.
Tip
I use large choc melts when I make this slice and arrange them so that when I cut it each piece has a choc melt on top.
