- 100 g Violet Crumble bars
- 125 g Butter
- 185 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 220 g castor sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 140 g plain flour

Break Violet Crumble bars into 3 or 4 pieces - add to Thermomix Bowl and Turbo for 2 x 1 sec
Remove crumble mix, set aside and scrape bowl clean (no need to wash bowl)
Add chocolate and butter to the bowl - both broken into small chunks. Cook for 6 min / 50 deg / sp 2
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix 20 sec / sp 4
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add flour and mix 10 sec / sp 4 - scrape down sides of bowl and mix for another 10 sec / sp 4
Add crumble mix (previously set aside) and mix for 10-20 sec / sp 3 until combined
Pour into lined brownie tin and bake in oven 180 deg for 35 mins.
Cool well, before cutting and serving sprinkled with icing sugar (if desired)
NB: This is my friend Elise's recipe ... she is famous for this Brownie recipe because they are just so good!

Really yummy Brownie. Didnt last 'very long as its so good!!!!! I put in a small block of caramel Lint Chocolate as didnt have any honeycomb. Yum! Everyone reakons its ther best brownie ever! Thanks for recipe and will def make again...... :
