Ingredients

Sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2cm piece ginger
  • 130 g soy sauce or tamari
  • 130 g water
  • 1/2 teaspoon stock paste
  • 1 tablespoon Arrowroot or Corn Flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add peeled garlic cloves and peeled piece of ginger to bowl.  2 sec/speed 7.  Scrape down bowl.  Repeat 2 sec/speed 7.  Scrape down bowl.

     

    Add all other ingredients to bowl. 10 sec/speed 5.

     

    Store sauce in glass jar until ready to use.  

     

    Recipe makes enough for one large family sized Stir-Fry or 2 smaller Stir-Fry meals for a couple.

     

    ** Sauce will keep in fridge for 1 week

    Easy peasy and tasted great. Many thanks for recipe.
    I didnt have rice wine vinegar so used apple cider vinegar instead.

    Lovely sauce, possibly a little on the salty side. Might reduce soy sauce next time.
