Ingredients
- 150 grams Coconut Oil, solid
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 120 grams coconut sugar or raw sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla paste or extract
- 100 grams Coconut - shredded or desiccated
- 100 grams Quinoa flakes
- 350 grams spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
melt cocnut oil in jug 70 degrees for 3 min
add both sugars
add vanilla
add eggs
mix sp 5 for 10 sec
add coconut
add quiona
mix 5 sec spd 5
add spelt flour
add bi carb
add baking powder
mix 20 sec on spd 5
place rounded teaspoonfuls onto lined tray
bake approx 10 min at 180 degrees
allow to cool before removing from tray as they will be very soft

Nice, however I think I would prefer a stronger coconut flavour. I did use raw sugar so next time I will use coconut sugar to see if the flavour is more intense. Thanks for sharing.
