- 500 grams Self Raising Flour
- 1 portion full fat pouring (whipping) cream, 600ml Large Tub
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash Milk, (For brushing)

Preheat oven 180C / 350F.
Weigh in 500g SR Flour. Add pinch of salt and 600ml tub cream. Lock lid and mix for 60 seconds using "Dough mode" intermittent speed.
Tip onto well floured bench and pat down to approx 3cm thickness. Using a scone cutter or a glass, cut out approx 12 scones. Place onto an oven tray lined with baking paper (place scones so their sides are touching). Brush each scone lightly with milk.
Cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm with TM strawberry jam & whipped cream or TM butter.

the mixture shouldn't be too sticky. Did you use thickened cream? Maybe add a bit more flour if it happens again..
The jug "Closed lid" symbol on the TM31 is the locking position for the lid....I now have the TM5 and I haven't tried them in there yet. Glad they worked for you
