Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious. I found a bag of stir fry strips in the depths of the freezer and found this very simple recipe to use it in. I used a bag of frozen stir fry veg and I already had some cooked brown rice to serve with.
The vinegar smell was overpowering at the first stage of cooking and I didn't think it was going to taste any good but once cooked it tasted great.
Thanks for the recipe
Better than restaurant bought!!
Wow, this is better than any takeaway we’ve bought. This will definitely be a regular in our house.
I’d simply reduce the amount of rice and increase the amount of veggies.
Thanks for sharing!
Who'd of thought you could make a stirfry in Thermie, yum

Absolutely delicious! We sprinkled sesame seeds on top and will probably steam some extra veges next time. Will be making this a request on our meal plan.
It was amazing my husband cooked and he wants to eat it again
Very yum, thanks. I didn't cook rice (only veggies) so i hd some sauce left over. Very easy and quick to make
