Ingredients
120g Butter
- 120 grams Butter.
- 160 grams raw sugar
- 2 Eggs.
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon.
- 280 grams Self Raising Flour
- 180 grams Milk (Any)
Topping
- 1-2 tablespoon Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoon Raw sugar (extra)

Preheat oven to 160 degrees, grease & line loaf tin.
Place butter and sugar in TM bowl and mix on speed 4 for 10seconds.
Add egg, cinnamon and Vanilla and beat again on speed 4 for 10 seconds..
Add Self Raising flour and milk and beat on speed 5 for 15 seconds. Scrape down sides & repeat
Bake for 60 minutes in fan forced oven at 160 degrees and let cool in tin for 5 minutes. Test to see skewer comes out clean.
Melt some butter (in oven whilst warm) mix in teaspoon of cinnamon and pour on top of cake and sprinkle sugar over it whilst cake is cooling in tin.
