- 70 grams water

- 75 grams white chocolate
- 300 grams Self Raising Flour
- 100 grams frozen raspberries
- 170 grams Milk
- 95 grams Grapeseed Oil

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200oC.
2. Place patty pans into muffin tray.
3. Place 15g of chia seeds into a small bowl and pour 70g of water on top of them. With a fork whisk the seeds in the water until mixed together. Leave to sit for approximately 10 minutes, or until a gel has formed.
4. Place raw sugar into TM bowl and mill Sp9/3secs. Set sugar aside.
5. Place 75g white chocolate into TM bowl and chop Sp7/2 to 3secs.
6. Add 300g self-raising flour and the sugar back into the TM bowl and mix Sp3/reverse/3secs. Put mix into a bowl.
7. Place 100g frozen raspberries into the flour, sugar and white chocolate mix in the bowl and fold through gently with a spoon.
8. Place 20g chia gel, 170g milk and 95g grape seed oil into the TM bowl and mix Sp3/5secs.
9. Add flour, sugar, white chocolate and raspberry mix back into the TM bowl and fold Sp2/reverse/20secs.
10. Spoon evenly into muffin trays.
11. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
12. Cool in tray for 5 minutes then remove from pan and cool on rack.

I was just wondering why you used 15grms of chia seeds - I have tons of gel left. 20grms didn't seem much. They are in the oven now, so the proof of the ...........
