- 50 grams flaxseeds
- 100 grams rolled oats
- 160 grams Peanut Butter
- 120 grams honey
- 25 grams coconut flakes
- 90 grams mini choc chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Place flaxseed in bowl and grind for 10 seconds on speed 7
Add rolled oats and grind for 5 seconds on speed 7
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4 - or until combined. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour, then roll into bite sized balls. Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

You can add or substitute other seeds/nuts to taste - chia seeds etc.

Yum. I used cashews as I did not have flaxseed. Will make again. 😁
Great recipe! I changed a few ingredients to suit what I had in the cupboard and they turned out perfect (sesame seeds instead of flaxseeds and omitted the chocolate chips). Perfect energy snack. Thanks.
