- 250 g dark chocolate
- 150 g sugar

Place whole almonds in TM bowl and mill 10 seconds speed 9. Set aside and clean and dry bowl
Fit butterfly into bowl and whip the 5 egg whites in the bowl for 2 minutes speed 9
Meanwhile preheat oven to 180 degrees c and line 25cm springform pan with baking paper
Set egg whites aside and remove butterfly. Clean and dry TM bowl.
Place chocolate, butter and sugar in TM bowl and melt 4 minutes 60 degrees speed 2
Add ground almonds back to the bowl and mix 10 seconds speed 5. Add in egg yolks one at a time through hole in lid while mixing on speed 2 then increase to speed 4 and mix a further 20 seconds
Fold egg whites into mixture by initially hand mixing ~ 1/4 of the egg whites into the TM bowl then pour entire mixture into bowl containing the remaining egg whites and fold through until mixed
Pour mixture into prepared springform pan and bake 30-40 minutes until middle is firm
