Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies
- 120 g Salted butter
- 90 g brown sugar
- 40 g golden syrup
- 1 egg
- 220 g Gluten free plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder, gluten free
- 60 g LSA
- 60 g Quinoa flakes
- 150 g choc chips

- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan forced
Add butter, brown sugar and golden syrup to TM Bowl and mix speed 4/10secs. Scrape down bowl
Add egg, flour, baking powder and LSA to bowl and mix speed 4/10secs. Scrape down bowl
Add quinoa flakes and choc chips. "Closed lid" "Dough mode" 30 seconds
Roll into small balls and place on 2 trays lined with baking paper. There should be enough mix to make 30-35 cookies. Flatten balls with a fork and bake for 12 mins.
Allow to cool on the trays for a few minutes before transferring to a rack.

Tip
You can use any type of choc chips. My kids quite like a combination of milk, white and dark.
