Pre heat oven to 160 degrees fan forced Place the eggs in the TM bowl and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds. Combine all the ingredients and blend for 15 seconds on Speed 5. Pour into greased 26 cm cake tin and cook for 45 mins.
Tip
ICING;
Place 200ml of raw sugar into the TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 10.
Then add 2 tablespoons of Galliano, 2 tablespoons of vodka and 2 tablespoons of orange juice and combine for 20 seconds on speed 6 …
