Dough
- 110 gram Coconut sugar, Or 80 gr coconut sugar and 30 gr raw icing sugar.
- 90 gram soft butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste, I use Queen brand
- 1 egg white
- 65 gram rolled oats
- 185 gram Self Raising Flour
- 25 gram chopped hazelnuts
- 50 gram Choc Chip
- 1/2 tsp Bi Carb Soda

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Cream butter and sugar, 10sec sp 8, scrape down side.
2. Insert butterfly, whip for 2 minutes sp 3.5, scrape down side.
3. Add vanilla and egg white, 5 sec sp 3.5, scrape down side.
4. Add flour, bi carb soda, oats, 10 sec sp 3.5, scrape down.
5. Add choc chips and hazelnuts, mix 15 sec (or until combined) sp 3.5 on reverse
6. Put teaspoonfuls onto thermomat or baking paper lined tray. Gently ball and then pat flat, but not too thin,
7. 180C for 10-13minutes. Leave to cool to set.
