- 3 --- banana, ripe
- 150 g Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 --- eggs large
- 1 tsp Vanilla Exract
- 240 g natural yoghut
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 310 g wholewheat flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp walnuts, Chopped

Pre-heat Oven to 180c.
Grease Loaf tin and line with baking paper.
Mix Bananas, syrup,eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract and yoghurt. Speed 4, 20seconds.
Combine dry ingredients into wet and mix speed 4, 30seconds.
Add Nuts reverse
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed soft
"Gentle stir setting" 10seconds.
Pour into loaf tin.
Bake for an hour and 10 mins to an hour and 15 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
Mallow the bread to cool in the oven for 5 minutes, before removing, allow to cool on a wire rack.
Meat warn or at room temperature.

Absolutely delicious!!! And I only had one 160g tub of yoghurt so topped up the rest with some left over buttermilk and regular milk to the required 240g. I also changed the walnuts for dates (allergy free). So tasty thanks for the recipe!!
Used honey instead of maple syrup and didn't used walnuts, still turned out great. Thanks
Quick, easy and healthy but mine was a bit dry. It was cooked in under an hour. I think next time I'd add more banana. Thanks for sharing
