  1. Preheat Oven to 180 celcius fan-bake. Line a cake tin. Philippa uses a 28cm x 18cm brownie tin to make easier to cut the cake.
  2. Place the butter, sugar, golden syrup and first serving of milk into mixing bowl. Melt for 1minute 30seconds, heat 80 and speed 1.5. Extend time until melted.
  3. Add the Flour, cocoa, and pre-mixed milk mixture (baking soda and 1 cup of milk dissolved together). Blend together at speed 3 for 10seconds.
    Pour into prepared Tin.
Bake for 20-30minutes depending on your oven.
Finish with chocolate icing - Enjoy tmrc_emoticons.)

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
