I made these when neighbours came over. I made with dairy free margarine and they were good but I didn’t use much lemonSmile

The biscuits tasted like flour and nothing else and the icing was way to lemony. Epic fail even though I followed the recipe. I just turfed all mine in the bin. Won't be attempting them again using any recipe lol

Not a fan of this one...my biscuits were very hard and the filling very runny. Won't make again!

Very tasty and easy to make. Next time I will mill the sugar for a couple seconds before adding zest. I found the filling VERY tasty but a little too gritty. I also had to add icing sugar to get a thicker consistency, I found it too runny to begin with. Other than that, great!  tmrc_emoticons.D tmrc_emoticons.D tmrc_emoticons.D

Does anyone know how to convert this recipe into using Natvia instead of sugar?  Cooking 7

yummy biscuits and very easy too.  I also added icing sugar to the filling to  make it a stiffer consistenancy.  Will definately be making these again!
