Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees..  Spray and line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper. 

    Add 250g salted butter in walnut size pieces to tm bowl. Melt 2 1/2 minutes 90 degrees speed 2. 

    Add 200g plain flour, 65g cocoa powder, 400g caster sugar, quarter teaspoon baking powder and 4 eggs. 

    Turbo twice then 10 seconds speed 7. 

    If you like you can drop in 100 grams of walnuts at speed 5. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.

    Bake for about 60 minutes but check after 50. Will still be a little gooey in the middle.
