If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are delicious, kids and adults agree!! I will reduce the sugar to 100g as others suggested next time. Will definitely be making them again!

These muffins are great. I used probiotic milk too to make them extra healthy and reduced sugar to 100g, will try reducing even further next time. As sweet treats go this is a pretty healthy option and could be even more so with chia seeds etc. next time I’ll add poppy seeds and they’ll still comply with failsafe diet. Thanks!

Delicious, so moist and fluffy. I substituted the yogurt for kefir milk and reduced the sugar to 100g . I also used stewed pear and ruhbarb. Will definitley make these again. Thanks for the recipe.

Tasty muffins, I used Greek yoghurt and 120 grams sugar. I also added a carrot and the 3 year old is none the wiser 😂. Thanks for the recipe.

These are amazing! I followed the recipe exactly using unsweetened natural yogurt, but I did have to cook a little longer than suggested, but that could be just my oven, so it's just best to check with skewer to see when they are done. Thank you so much

These are super yummy. I used apple and cinnamon because that’s all I had and made big Texas sized muffins...had to bake a little longer but they are yummo!

Really nice muffins, nice texture and moist - I had 4 smallish pears that needed using and put all of these in, used Greek yoghurt,” reduced the sugar to 100g, and added 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon. I made half of the mix as mini muffins which are perfect for the kids. Nice flavour, sweet enough but not too sweet.
