    Hi Stacey

I went to a winery near Castlemaine in Victoria yesterday reknowned for its slow cooking and rustic food. They served this as a dessert (thin slice) and whipped cream on side. Pistacchio nuts were crushed and placed on top. It was delicious.

Love the flavour of this cake. Will definately make again. I did find it need an extra 25 minutes in my oven.

For whoever asked for dairyfree I wonder if you could substitute coconut yoghurt instead of the Greek. I think it would work ....

This was fantastic! Thanks for the reciepe! I changed it up a bit to reduce the sugar content. It was still devine and everyone raved about it! My changes were:

    - remove the raw and brown sugar

    - replace with 200g coconut sugar

    - increase the Greek Yoghurt to 290g to compensate for the coconut sugar

-bake for 60 mins on 170 and if still not cooked, cover with foil and bake until set

Delicious! Thankyou for sharing - I also halved the sugar quantity and it was still sweet enough. Could be my oven but took longer to cook, Definitely cooking this again.  I served it with Pistachio and Cardamon Kulfi (recipe on community Thermomix Kulfi - so easy to make and tasty).

Loved it and so did my work colleagues!!!  In my excitement in making this for the first time (as a TM Beginner) I forgot to line my tin...might be nice to add further instructions for beginners to grease and line tin however otherwise this recipe was amazing.  Thanks for sharing.

tmrc_emoticons.) Very delicious cake. I had tasted this in a small quilting/coffee shop in a near by country WA town.

I used Organic Rapadura (raw sugar) and 100gms less sugar over all.  Cake turned out beautifully and still so sweet and delicious.  Will certainly be making this recipe again. Thank you for sharing.

Lovely cake.  In my excitement to get it in the oven, I forgot to sprinkle the top with the pistachios, so it looks a bit plain on top, but apart from that a very nice cake.  Will make this again.
