- 80 grams Organic Desiccated Coconut
- 90 grams Pitted fresh dates, soaked in water 30 mins
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons date water
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 Lemon Juiced
Topping
- 80 grams Organic Desiccated Coconut
- 70 grams Maple syrup
- 140 coconut oil
- 2 Lemons juiced
- 2 lemon zested

BASE
Line a slice tin with baking paper.
Place all ingredients into bowl sp5/15-20sec.
Press the mixture into a pre prepared tin and smooth out.
TOPPING
Place all ingredients into bowl sp8/15sec.
Pour topping over base set in fridge, 3 hours.
take out of fridge and cut into slices.
Enjoy!!

Very nice recipe, I would suggest putting in half the lemon at a time and doing a taste test for anyone who doesn't want a strong flavour. The slice set beautifully and looks very nice too.
