Ingredients

  • 40 grams Chai Seeds
  • 125 grams water, in a cup to soak Chai seeds in
  • 130 grams Olive Oil.
  • 120 grams honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 140 grams rolled oats
  • 40 grams Wholemeal SR Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams Saltanas
  • 120 grams dried apricots
  • 40 sachet Sunflour seeds
  • 40 grams pepitas

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the Chai seeds into the water and allow to soak.

  2. Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees and grease a laminton tray or line with baking paper

  3. Put the sunflower seeds, Pepitas and apricots into the bowl and chop on speed 7 for 6 seconds 

  4. Add all other ingredients including the chai seed mixture and mix on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 until combined well

  5. Press mixture into tray and back for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  6. Allow to cool completely then cut unto 24 bars

Tip

switch the seeds and dried fruit for different flavours
