- 125 grams Butter, Softened
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 75 grams caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 grams vanilla extract
- 200 grams self-raising flour
- 50 grams cocoa powder, Cadbury
- 170 grams White Chocolate Chips

- 1. Pre heat oven to 160⁰c fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2. Add butterfly to mixing bowl, weigh in butter and both sugars. Mix for 1 minute/speed 3/MC on.
3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add in the egg and vanilla. Mix for 30 seconds/speed 4/MC on.
4. Remove the butterfly, weigh in flour and cocoa. Mix for 20 seconds/speed 5/MC on.
5. Weigh in the chocolate chips. Mix for 20 seconds/reverse/speed 4/MC on.
6. Place tablespoons of mixture on to prepared trays and bake for 12-15 minutes.
7. Allow to cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
