Ingredients
Variation of Shortbread from EDC book.
- 100 g plain flour
- 45 g Corn Flour
- 50 g castor sugar
- 100 g hard butter cut into cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Paste
- 2 level tablespoons castor sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinammon

Pre heat oven to 160 degress celcius
Place all ingredients (except cinammon and extra castor sugar) into TM31 bowl and mix 10 seconds on speed 6 to combine.
Set dial to "Closed lid" position and mix for 25 seconds on "Dough mode" speed.
Press into a greased flat tin or shortbread mould. Press down firmly with hands to make a flat and even surface.
Cook in pre heated oven on middle shelf for 35 - 40 minutes or until perfectly golden brown.
Mark top with a sharp knife into desired portions and prick with a fork in any way you like.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes then sprinkle the combined Castor sugar and cinammon on top and cut out and into pieces.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Store in a sealed container and enjoy the vanilla and cinammon taste!
