- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, whole
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 8 hazelnuts
- 75 grams rock salt

Place all the ingredients (except the salt) in the TM Bowl and dry roast for
10 mins, Varoma Temp, Speed 1
Mill for 2 minutes on speed 9 (if you require a coarser result then mill for less time)
Transfer to an airtight jar (a small jam jar is ideal) and store in a cool dry place.
This will last indefinately

You can add 1/2 teaspoon of szechuan pepper
