Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Threw in loads of smoked garlic. Smells amazing in the oven. Thanks for a recipe that doesn't require proving.
Tried this last night for my partners pizza. Didn't tell him the base was different, and he had no clue! Was easy to make and work with!
Congratulations on your recipe, I did add an extra 30g of flour and a little extra in the last 5 secs as you said. Everyone enjoyed it, great fix for thinking I had nothing in the cupboard for dinner. Might try not pre-baking it next time and see how it goes. Winner with my fussy 9 year old.
Extreamly floury and drying. Needed lots of water to eat dinner tonight. I will definitely DEFINITELY be using yeast bases from now.
If i had no yeast next time, i would just avoid pizza.
Was a little sticky, so we threw in some additional flour while kneeding and it came together nicely.
Great basic recipe, however had to add more flour that it says as it is a very wet mixture. Thanks for posting
Amazing! My new go to for pizza bases! Thanks so much for sharing
This is such a quick and easy dough that tastes amazing. Hubby was impressed, and kidlets devoured it!
I did need to add more flour as others have said.
This is a great recipe. My family and I like how quick, easy and yummy the bases are.
Great recipe! Made 3 batches in no time, chucked it in the fridge in a bafi and took it to school for the kids to make pizzas the next day. Dough stayed lovely and made beautiful pizzas (we didn't ever par cook, just whacked on the toppings and cooked)
(edit: didn't use the garlic as I'm allergic but kept the rest the same)
