Weigh all ingredients into bowl - 20 secs, speed 3, scrape down, then 30 secs, speed 5. Done! Scrape into a jar and store in refrigerator or pantry if not using butter in recipe.
Tip
Can be used as a chocolate spread for sandwiches, pikelets, pancakes, etc, and even as a topping, or icing for cakes such as Chocolate Zucchini Bread, as once refrigerated, it will set like ganache.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Can I use something else instead of the rice syrup? Eg honey....
A fantastic Nutella alternative for my children who have anaphylactic children in their classes. And with so little ingredients it was a breeze to make even at 6.30 in the morning!
Delicious, quick and easy! I have used this as a sandwich spread for my kids and it is great. Actually I think this was the very first thing I made in my thermomix once the 'demo' was over.
This was delicious!! I made some for dipping strawberries with my 18 month old for her "half birthday" and she loved it!!!
Divine. Goes great on cakes or just from the spoon
