Recipe's preparation

A perfectly balanced spice blend used in spiced fruit breads, hot-cross buns, specialty biscuits, cakes, puddings and sweet pies
  1. Measure all ingredients into bowl, insert butterfly, and mix 1 minute, speed 3.

Store in an airtight jar, and use as required.

Tip

Use in place of regular store bought mixed spices, apple pie or pumpkin pie spices, cinammon blends, etc, for a more intricate and specialised flavour.

Even add a pinch to you tea and allow to infuse for a few minutes, for your own special Chai blend.

Lately have been using the spice mix to enhance the Granola I make...get lots of comments, thanks.

Great all round spice mix...made to put into another author's hot cross buns (with acknowledgement to 'The Naked Baker' of course) just made them taste even better! Thank you.
