I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place apricots into bowl
2. Add sugar, if using
3. Add 20g water
4. Cook for 15 minutes, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Tip
Don't be tempted to add more water or you will get too much juice!
Great served with ice cream, yoghurt or custard. I like to make a crumble mixture to spread over the top and bake in the oven for a yummy dessert!
They freeze well too.

I did they today in my TM6, pretty easy and I did read the reviews first and used only half the water. I put mine on speed 1 reverse. No sugar and got two regular ball jars.Havent tried it and they're in the freezer. I'll be doing some more though for sure. Thank you very much.
Quick and easy. Would have been nice to have few more chunks of fruit , will keep a closer eye on it next time. Thankyou
