Ingredients
Bliss Balls
- 250 gram Crio Bru
- 250 gram medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoon Protein Powder of your Choice
- 1 tablespoon Maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt, fine
- 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 250 gram Nuts of choice, raw
- 4-5 tablespoon Coconut Oil, solid

1. Place Crio Bru in to mixing bowl and mill 20 sec/speed 9, scrape down side of bowl then continue at 2-4 second intervals/speed 8 until milled to your liking.
2. Add all remaining ingrediants and blend 1 min/speed 9. Scrape down side of bowl and blend again 20 sec/speed 9. (If coconut oil is still in chunks, continue blending at speed 9 until smooth).
3. Roll mixture in to bite sized balls, place on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes, remove and place in to an airtight container in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Can be stored in fridge or freezer.

Tip
Protein Powder can be replaced with Mesquite Powder
Dates can be replaced with Sultanas, Prunes or Dried Apricots
Add more coconut oil if mixture seems too dry

Quick and easy aren't they? I often buy Vanilla Bean Paste from the Crio Bru company and replace as well, so yummy!!!!
Used vanilla bean paste instead of extract and walnuts as the nuts... OMG! Awesome! Thank you for sharing.
