Gula Melaka Kaya
- 5 egg yolks
- 80 g Gula Melaka, (Break into smaller pieces)
- 20 g brown sugar
- 10 g Panda Juice, (extracted from 20 pcs pandan leaves)
- 200 g Fresh concentrate coconut milk

1. At speed 10, put 20 panda leaves through the opening of TM lid to pulverize. Extract juice from the pulverized leaves.
2. Place Gula Melaka into TM bowl to mill. 2 sec, turbo, mill one more time, same speed and timing.
3. Insert butterfly, add all ingredients into bowl to cook. MC cup, 30 min at 90 degree celcius, speed 2.
Tip
Pandan juice could be an optional ingredient. However, it will enhance the aroma of the kaya
