- 500 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 150 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 200 g Natural Plain Tub Set Yogurt
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice, To taste
- to taste Sugar or Sweetener (optional), Not required if sweetened Protein Powder

Place cottage cheese, protein powder & yogurt in TM bowl. Beat speed 8 for 30 seconds or until a smooth consistency.
2. Add Lemon Juice and beat speed 8 for 10 seconds. Taste and add sweetener (if required) and beat till combined. More lemon juice may also be added to taste.
3. Spoon into individual containers. May be eaten immediately for a soft dessert or refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The mixture will firm into a cheesecake consistency.

Tip
My husband is on a low carb gluten free diet. He created this dessert as an after dinner treat to satisfy his sweet tooth. A biscuit base could be used as with a normal cheesecake.
