I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Break up peppermint crisp chocolate bars and place them in the TM bowl 10 Sec / Speed 3 then set aside. Chocolate and peppermint should be cut finely, and no chunks. If you would like chunks then I would leave one bar out and break it up and mix it through during the final steps.
Attach Butterfly to blades.
Pour cream and food colouring into TM bowl and mix for 30 Sec /Speed 2 while pouring in condensed milk through the hole in the lid.
Mix for 1 Min / speed 3.5
Add Peppermint Crisp from first step to the TM bowl and mix for 10 sec / Speed 3.5.
Pour into airtight container and place in freezer until set. Enjoy!

Tip
You could add chocolate chips to this, but I've found they sink to the bottom when it is placed in the airtight container to set. I'm also wanting to try using other chocolate bars to make this more versatile and a create your own icecream recipe.
NOTE: Picture used isn't from the one I've made, it was gone too quickly to get a photo. The chocolate and peppermint won't be chunky like it is in the photo used.
