- 10 medjool dates
- 80 grams Cashew nut
- 2 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon Maca powder
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- 1 tablespoon cacoa powder
- 1 dash vanilla extract
Stage 2
- 20 grams Goji Berries
- 20 grams Cocao Nibs
For rolling
- Dessicated coconut, or Cocoa powder

Add all Stage 1 ingredients - speed 8 for 10 sec
Add in stage 2 ingredients - turbo x 5 times
Roll into bite size balls and coat in dessicated coconut or cocao powder.

These are to die for, we make these every week using large teaspoons for size and double up on cacao as we don't have maca powder.
