Recipe's preparation

    Cook Tapioca pearls (30mins cook & 30 mins rest method)
  1. Place 1800 g of the boiling water into mixing bowl and boil functionKettle"Kettle" /98°C, or set 5 mins/98 °C/ Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" . Water must be boil.
  2. Add tapioca pearls 30 mins/98°C/speed 1 without measuring cup.
    If the tapioca pearl doesn't flow with boil water, change the speed to 1.5.
  3. Leave the tapioca pearl in the mixing bowl and put the measuring cup on and allow to rest for 30 mins
  4. Using simmering basket, strain pearls and keep on side.
  5. Black sugar syrup
  6. Place 100g brown sugar and 180g boil water , 5 mins/Varoma/speed 1 without measuring cup
  7. Add cooked tapioca pearl, 5 mins/Varoma/speed 1Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" without measuring cup

    (If the syrup not thick enough, set other 2~3 mins)
  8. Dirty tapioca pearl with black sugar syrup milk tea
  9. Place the tapioca pearl with syrup on side of the cup, use spoon to stir it, to make the side mess.
  10. Lightly pouring milk into the cup. Serve with large tapioca pearl tea straw.

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
