Doubled everything but the sugar and it was perfect! Very excited to try it on our Apple crumble tonight
Made dairy free with cashew milk and dairy free spread. Tastes delicious! Second time I made it with less sugar and still delicious.
I'm so glad my sugar spilled in and i had to end up doubling the batch hands down best custard ever so thick and delicious. I made apple and custard turnovers holy moly they were awesome!
Amazing no cornflour so added another egg. 30g suagr perfect!
This was the five minute custard I was looking for!!!
I used dark brown sugar and accidentally put 50g of cornflour so added a dash more milk. Also used 20g of butter. Was delicious! The extra cornflour was fine for a thicker custard... 30 would be good! Will however reduce the sugar to half next time 👍🏽👏🏽
How long will this last once filled into a cupcake?
how long will it last in the fridge?
AND.....can I freeze it???
thank you!!!
Omg Delicious!! I used 30g sugar, an extra 100g milk and vanilla bean paste. So easy and thumbs up from the kids!
I used half the amount of sugar and it was perfect for my fussy daughter
I found it a little sweet too but added some frozen raspberries after a few mouthfuls and it was even more delicious!
