Recipe's preparation

    Cheesecake Base
  1. Lightly grease a 22cm cake tin (on line with baking paper) and put to one side

  2. Melt butter and toblerone in TM bowl for 2 mins, 50C, speed 4. Scrape down sides. Melt for 1 more min, 50C, speed 4.

  3. Add biscuits and blend on speed 8 for 10-15 seconds.

  4. Press into the tin and place in fridge until required.

  5. Cheesecake filling
  6. The reserved toblerone will be used for stirring through the mixture to give you pieces of toblerone throughout the cheesecake. If you have not already done so, chop this 50g toblerone to your preferred size. I use speed 6-7 for 2-3 seconds for small but chunky pieces.

  7. Place suger in TM bowl and mill on speed 9 for 8 seconds.  Set aside.

  8. Place Toblerone in TM bowl and chop on speed 7 for 5 seconds.  Then melt for 4 minutes, 37C, speed 2.

  9. Add sugar, cream cheese (if using the block cut/break this into quarters so that it blends properly), vanilla and cream. Mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds.  Scrap down the sides and mix for another 20 seconds on speed 5

  10. Stir reserved toblerone pieces through mixture (using spatula). Pour into base and smooth top. Place in fridge until set.

  11. For an even more decadent treat, buy some extra toblerone to decorate the top with a toblerone border.

Always a huge success. I did however omit the sugar completely and it tasted very decadent

Lovely dish, I found the recipe, especially the quantity of toblerone a bit confusing. I used one bar of 200g Toblerone for the whole thing and it tasted great tmrc_emoticons.)

Amazing!!! I added 250g normal cream cheese and 250g of caramilk cream cheese.

This was way too sweet for me but know several people who will devour this. Hoping it freezes well.

Hello, I am not sure on what cream I am best to use for this, would it be whipping cream or thickened cream please?

I only had one block of cream cheese but everything else so I halved the rci Pe and made mini cheese cakes in silicone muffin pans. It made 8. I folded some of the crushed toblerone through the cream cheese and used the rest on top for decoration. They were so good. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you 😀

So lovely! I used chocolate chip cookies for the base and a crumbled Flake for the topping. Thanks for an amazing recipe!
