I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Prep and cut your pineapple, tumeric/ginger (i leave skin on), garlic, chilli and lime
- Put the Tumeric, Ginger, garlic and chilli and lime into the mixing bowl, measuring cup on, speed 10/4 seconds. Scrape down the bowl and repeat if necessary
- "Kettle" Add the canine pepper, pineapple, lime, horseradish and honey and mix speed 8/ 4 seconds. Scrape down the bowl and repeat if necessary
- If you want a smooth consistancy you may want to strain this mixture. I personally like the pulp texture goodness and leave as it is
- Add the apple cider vinegar and blend speed 4/ 6 seconds if it's too
thick add more apple cider vinager - Pour into your glass bottles or jars and keep refrigerated. Because i leave the pulp the best flavours start comming out about a week later. I have tested a small strained jar and to be fair, i liked better without straining. You can shot, this or I put about an inch in a cup and have as a hot drink or cold drink

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
