- half a banana
- 145 grams Blueberries - frozen
- 115 grams coconut milk/cream
- 155 grams plain yogurt
- 15 grams Protein Powder
- 5 grams chia seeds
- 5 grams lemon juice
- some spinach leaves, fresh

Add all ingredients to the bowl
Blend for 1 minute on Speed 9
For a Smoothie bowl - use 1/4 cup coconut milk or none at all
For a more liquid consistency - use 1/2 to 1 cup of coconut milk
Tip
This is a great tasting smoothie with the following health benefits:
1. Banana has potassium in it and aids digestion. its acts as a pre-biotic and is high in fibre and vitamin B6
2. Blueberries contain anti-oxidants and magnesium so they support healthy immune function and brain function. Also has fibre.
3. Protein powder supports the building blocks of your muscles
4. Chia seeds provide healthy omega fats
5. Yoghurt is a healthy full fat and source of protein and calcium
6. Coconut milk is highly nutritious and full of fibre. It contains vitamin C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6, plus the minerals including iron, selenium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
7. Spinach leaves are a healthy source of iron and calcium.

Great Smoothie!
I changed some of the ingredient amounts to accommodate my collagen and magnesium powders and used coconut yoghurt.
Delicious!
Absolutely loved this smoothie! Great tasting and full of healthy ingredients - yum! Will be adding this to my weekly smoothie list.
