Salmon & Sweet potato Patties
- 1.2 litres water
- 400 grams sweet potato, chopped in 2cm cubes
- .5 white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 grams Celery
- 100 grams carrot
- 420 can Salmon
- 1 egg
- pinch pink salt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add water to TM.
2. Add Sweet potato to TM basket and place into TM bowl.
3. Cook for 20min varoma sp 2 or until soft.
4. Drain and dry bowl with tea towel.
5. Place onion, garlic, carrot and celery into TM Spd 6, 5 sec
6. Place drained sweet Potato back into to TM Mash Sp4 6 sec
7. Add all remaning ingredients to bowl. Mix reverse Sp4 10 sec.
8. Divide mixture in half, then divide each half into 5.
9. Heat coconut oil in a medium hot frying pan. Lay pattie gently in oil. doing a few at a time flip gently once cooked on the bottom.
10. Place on a oven tray. Once you have slightly cooked them all place into a preheated 180degree oven for 20mins.

Lovely, easy lunch recipe! (Thank you, it's being saved for future lunches.) Appreciated that it didn't have breadcrumbs and I used tuna instead of salmon, as that's all I had on hand, but will try salmon next time. 😋
